Chiefs linebacker Justin Houston will miss his second straight game because of a hyperextended knee, coach And Reid said Friday. The Chiefs play host to the San Diego Chargers on Sunday.

Houston injured the knee in the Nov. 29 game against the Buffalo Bills. Dee Ford started in Houston’s place last week.

Also out for Sunday’s game are safety Husain Abdullah, wide receiver De’Anthony Thomas and defensive lineman Mike DeVito, who are dealing with concussions.

Linebacker Tamba Hali didn’t practice Friday but will play Sunday.

Offensive lineman Jeff Allen was a limited participant because of an ankle injury and is listed as questionable. Donald Stephenson played most of the snaps at Allen’s left guard spot last week.

Listed as out for the Chargers: cornerback Brandon Flowers (knee), wide receiver Dontrelle Inman (neck), wide receiver Stevie Johnson (knee) and defensive tackle Corey Liuget (foot).
