The illness bug that hit the Chiefs last week is back.

Three players didn’t work out because of illness: running back Charcandrick West, defensive end Rakeem Nuñez-Roches and cornerback Kenneth Acker.

Two others — defensive tackle Bennie Logan and outside linebacker Tamba Hali — missed practice because of knee injuries, but coach Andy Reid has downplayed the severity of the injuries earlier in the week.
