Jeremy Maclin appears ready to return for Chiefs
Wide receiver Jeremy Maclin appears ready to return to action for the Chiefs for Thursday’s game against the Raiders.
The final pregame injury report issued by the Chiefs on Wednesday lists Maclin as a full practice participant. Maclin hasn’t played since suffering a groin injury early in the Chiefs’ game against Jacksonville on Nov. 6.
Earlier in the week, coach Andy Reid said he was “optimistic” about Maclin’s availability for Thursday.
This season, Maclin has 30 receptions for 376 yards and two touchdowns.
Also listed as full practice participants cornerback Phillip Gaines, linebacker Tamba Hali and defensive linemen Dontari Poe and Kendall Reyes. Poe and Reyes are listed as questionable for Thursday’s game.
The Raiders list as out linebacker Shilique Calhoun, safety Karl Joseph and defensive tackle Stacy McGee, with questionable status assigned to linebacker Cory James, defensive tackle Darius Latham and offensive lineman Kelechi Osemele.
