Anibal Sanchez snaps Kansas City Royals' winning streak in 2-1 loss to Tigers

The Royals’ winning streak, which reversed the course of a drowning team, raised hope for the brightest Kansas City baseball summer in two decades and vaulted the club into first place in the American League Central, ended at the hands of Tigers starter Anibal Sanchez in a 2-1 loss on Thursday afternoon at Comerica Park.
