The president of a Columbia, Missouri, Pachyderm Club is in trouble for a tweet, the Columbia Tribune is reporting.
Fred Berry tweeted a photograph of young women in the University of Missouri’s Delta Gamma sorority taken from behind the women.
“This is my view of the Mizzou Homecoming Parade today — Delta Gamma VNB’s,” Berry wrote.
“VNB” was quickly interpreted as “very nice butts.”
Never miss a local story.
Now, Mizzou College Democrats are calling for his ouster.
Berry admitted that Democrats were right about the acronym right. But he dismissed the complaint.
“I think a lot of this is hypocrisy,” Berry said. “This is political, and they want to embarrass me and the people I am associated with.”
