Body found in Wal-Mart parking lot in Overland Park

Overland Park police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a car in a Wal-Mart parking lot Saturday afternoon.

The man’s body was reported about 3:30 p.m. in the parking lot along the Frontage Road just east of Interstate 35.

The police described it as an “unattended death” and will not know more until an autopsy is completed.
