Lee’s Summit man sentenced for child porn and cyberstalking

A Lee’s Summit man who stalked a woman for years and posted online nude images of her as a teen was sentenced Friday to five years in prison.

August W. Jentsch, 25, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Kansas City where he pleaded guilty in December to charges of cyberstalking and possession of child pornography.

The woman, who dated Jentsch briefly, was subjected to years of harassment, according to prosecutors. At one point, he hacked into her email and obtained nude images taken when she was 16. He then set up Facebook pages in her name and posted the pictures.

While investigating that case, officers found video on Jentsch’s computer of a nude 15-year-old girl.
