Police identify Kansas City, Kan. shooting victim

A 30-year-old man found mortally wounded in the 1300 block of North 18th Street in Kansas City, Kan., on Monday has been identified as Joel T. Solis-Robles of Shawnee.

Police were summoned to the area at 1:27 a.m. Solis-Robles was taken to a hospital, where he died.

Police ask anyone with information about the shooting to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (474-8477).
