Police identify shooting victim found on Kansas City sidewalk

Police have identified a 29-year-old homicide victim found Thursday near 47th Terrace and Cleveland Avenue as Abner Diaz-Fiugeroa.

Officers found Diaz-Fiugeroa sprawled on a sidewalk after responding to reports of gunfire. No other information was available.

Police asked anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
