KC Halloween homicide victim identified

A man found shot to death on Halloween morning in south-central Kansas City was identified Friday as 22-year-old Dionte Greene of Kansas City.

Greene was found dead inside a running car in the 6900 block of Bellefontaine Avenue, according to Kansas City police.
