Police identify victim shot and killed in downtown Kansas City
Kansas City police said the 23-year-old man who was found shot to death early Sunday near 15th Street and Grand Boulevard as Ivory Dwyane Bradford Jr.
Police were called to the area about 2 a.m. and found the victim in the parking lot.
Details of what led to the shooting were not available. There was no description of the suspects. Anyone with information the shooting is asked to call the Tips Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
