Man charged with murder in double homicide in Kansas City, Kan.

The Wyandotte County prosecutor on Thursday charged Christopher E. Lewis, 23, of Kansas City, Kan., with two counts of first-degree premeditated murder.

Lewis is accused of shooting Deron J. Rucker, 23, and Antonio R. Rucker, 24, to death outside Pepper’s Hot Dogs & Phillies in the 1900 block of Quindaro Boulevard on Tuesday afternoon.

Both victims were from Kansas City, Kan.
