Victim of fatal Kansas City, Kan., shooting identified

A man fatally shot Tuesday night in Kansas City, Kan., was identified Wednesday as 39-year-old Kevin H. Boswell.

Kansas City, Kan., police said Boswell was shot just after 6 p.m. Tuesday outside of a liquor store in the 3000 block of North 27th Street.

He was taken to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.
