Female victim shot to death in KCK

A female victim was found shot to death early Saturday in the 2500 block of Ridge Avenue in Kansas City, Kan.

Officers dispatched on reports of a shooting about 2:30 a.m. found her body in the street. Her identity was not being released until relatives had been notified.

Chief Terry Zeigler said by Twitter that police were looking for a white pickup that might have a bullet hole in the tailgate.
