Police arrest man in connection with suspicious death in Olathe

Olathe police arrested a 36-year-old man Sunday in connection with a suspicious Saturday evening death that was being investigated as a homicide.

Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of South Walnut Street about 9:30 p.m. and found a deceased man in a residence. He appeared to have a single gunshot wound in the upper body.

Police did not identify the victim, and have not released the name of the man arrested.
