Shooting during rolling disturbance leaves one man dead, another injured in KCK
One man is dead and another one is injured after they were shot during a during a rolling disturbance early Sunday in Kansas City, Kan.
Police responded to a shooting about 3:40 a.m. in the 300 block of Waverly Avenue.
Three men in their early 20s got into a disturbance while they were traveling north on Third Street in a vehicle, police said. During the disturbance, unknown people began shooting at them, according to police.
One of men in the vehicle died at the scene from the shooting. A second man suffered minor injuries. The third man in the vehicle was not injured.
Police were not releasing the identity of the man who was killed until he could be identified and his family notified.
