Shooting kills one near Bales, 57th Street in KC
Police were investigating the shooting death of a man Wednesday outside a home in the 5700 block of Bales Avenue in Kansas City.
Officers found the man shot to death about 7:30 p.m.
The man’s death was the 45th homicide reported in Kansas City in 2017, compared with 38 at the same time last year.
