Teenager injured in traffic accident at Kansas City Kansas Community College
A traffic accident at Kansas City Kansas Community College left a teenager with life-threatening injuries Saturday evening, according to authorities.
The accident occurred about 5:20 p.m. when a truck headed eastbound on Parallel Parkway struck a car turning south onto Campus Boulevard, police said.
The car was occupied by two teenagers. The passenger was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. Kansas City, Kan., police investigated the accident.
