Oak Park Mall’s ‘cardboard box inspired’ holiday pop-up is now open

Oak Park Mall wants you to shop inside the box.

Its new “cardboard box inspired” pop-up retail space, Boutique in the Box, is now open on the lower level in the former Limited space, next to the Lego Store, in the mall at 11149 W. 95th St., Overland Park.

Boutique in a Box is designed by local artist Ken Dela, art director for the Culture House in Olathe, and features hand-drawn storefronts and street scenes.

Instead of spreading the pop-ups throughout the mall, it houses eight boutiques in one space: Cupcakin Bakery, Gilded Lily, Lovely Little Lula, LuLaRoe by Kate, Shaman Botanicals, Seasons Holiday Decor, Sunflower Foods Co. and The Make Up Bar.
