The one-of-a-kind Stonebridge truly shines in this year’s Fall Parade of Homes. Located between Ridgeview and Blackbob along 167th Street, the community is comprised of Stonebridge Park, Stonebridge Trails, Stonebridge Meadows, and Stonebridge Village. And during this year’s Parade, an astounding 13 homes are beautifully decorated and open to the public through October 8th from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
“Getting out on the Parade is such a fun way to see all the potential our neighborhoods possess,” says Brenda Sanders, President of Rodrock & Associates, Realtors®. “Stonebridge is exquisitely planned and boasts all the extra amenities that make life such a joy!”
Stonebridge Park has an outstanding seven Parade entries this year, all from unique builders, ensuring tour-goers get to enjoy a diverse selection of designs.
“We have The Chalet XP by KC Builders & Design, The Charleston by SAB Homes, The Austin by Dusselier & Marks Homes, The Chloe II by Roeser Homes, the Emery Expanded by James Engle Custom Homes, the Landen by New Mark Homes, and the Tuscan by First Choice Homes” says community manager Julie Parman.
Never miss a local story.
The Austin boasts fabulous windows across the back of the home, and everyone’s favorite shiplap above the fireplace. The Chalet XP, meanwhile, is ready to take tour-goers’ breaths away with a most stunning entryway.
“The Charleston is perfect for families looking for an open concept with tons of charm,” Julie adds. “The Chloe II is fabulous with the double-door entry and amazing finishes. And families flock again and again to the Emery Expanded 1.5 story.”
“What’s more, we have a brand new Model Row with five striking new plans and designs,” says community manager Ed Stephenson. “We also have several newly designed inventory homes at various stages of construction, all on premium lots. We have a wide choice of awesome lots to build on, many walkouts, daylights, large cul-de-sac, and backing to green space!”
Just down the road, Stonebridge Meadows has an impressive four homes on Parade. “We have 1.5-story, reverse-1.5-story, and 2-story floor plans,” says community manager Mike Slaven. “For instance, Chris George Homes has the stylish Cypress II, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 3-car garage. This beautiful reverse 1.5 story offers the open, light-filled first floor homebuyers love.”
James III Homes also has the Grayson, a spacious 2,498-square-foot 2-story home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. “The master suite is just incredible,” Mike says. “It spreads across the entire back of the home, with 10-foot ceiling and exquisite trim and details.”
Also on tour is KC Builders & Design unique Derekson I, which is a reverse 1.5 story with 3 of the 4 bedrooms on the main level. Thoughtful extras—including energy-efficient construction with a 90% gas furnace and incredible master suite with coffee bar—make this home a standout.
Rounding out Stonebridge Meadows’ Parade offerings is the Normandy by Wynne Homes, a 5-bedroom, 4-bath, 1.5-story beauty. “This house features an award-winning design with a large master suite and the most upscale of finishes,” says community manager Robyn Schraden.
“Over at Stonebridge Trails, we’ve had a year that’s been nothing short of amazing, and it’s flown by,” exclaims community manager Joe Stephenson. “Due to great sales, we’ve just two homes on Parade, including the Makenna by Gabriel Homes and the Hawthorn XL5 by Chris George Homes.”
“This Makenna is a stunner with its finished basement, wide-open floor plan and an office on the main floor,” adds community manager Joan Jacquin. “The 5-bedroom, 4-bath Hawthorn features a large, open kitchen overlooking the expanded Great Room. There’s also a fantastic screened-in deck with a fireplace.”
Each Stonebridge neighborhood promises protected home value and an impressive slew of amenities. A trail system links the neighborhoods, offering residents an easy way make use of the extended development’s four pools, various playgrounds, and two richly appointed clubhouses, one with workout facilities. Also accessible from these trails is Prairie Creek Elementary School, which has repeatedly won the Governor’s Achievement Award. Rodrock has dedicated adjacent land for a middle school now in the planning stages.
“We are so thrilled for Parade goers to see all that Rodrock Development has to offer on this year’s Fall Parade of Homes,” says Brenda. “And we’re truly excited to partner with Unruh Furniture, which makes the most incredible handmade, heirloom furniture, right here in Kansas City. Parade-goers can register to win a custom dining set—worth up to $5,000—simply by stopping by our model homes through Oct. 8th! Unruh Furniture takes extraordinary pride in their work. Our lucky winner can even watch the talented carpenters make their custom table in the company’s gorgeous 100-year-old church.”
