Mitt Romney backs BYU to Big 12; some think Houston gets in with OU win
Houston beat Oklahoma 33-23 on Saturday, and naturally, there was a wave of support for the Cougars to join the Big 12.
We will get to that, but first this from Dekota Gregory: former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney wants his alma mater BYU to be included in Big 12 expansion.

That’s T. Boone Pickens, the super-rich Oklahoma State alum.
Not sure how much pull either Romney or Pickens would have on Big 12 expansion. Ditto for Houston after its win, but following the victory there was a chorus of support:
