You can say this much about former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow’s workout on Tuesday: he drew a crowd.
Tebow went through drills in Los Angles at Southern Cal’s baseball stadium, Dedeaux Field, in front of a number of Major League Baseball personnel. As Rustin Dodd reported last week, the Royals were expected to be in attendance.
Crasnick later tweeted the particulars of the drills that Tebow faced: 60-yard dash, throwing to the bases from the outfield, flyballs and groundballs in the outfield, batting practice and “live” batting practice against former major-league pitchers David Aardsma and Chad Smith.
