Fan gets face full of nachos in failed attempt at foul ball

Here’s a tip: Drop it.

A Pittsburgh fan had a chance to grab a foul ball during the Pirates’ game Wednesday night against San Diego. Trouble is, he was holding a plate of nachos and a beer. The guy dropped the beer but flipped his nachos upward.

He didn’t get the ball but did get a face full of cheese and salsa.

“I bought a beer, I bought some nachos, I tried to go back to my seat,” the fan told MLB.com. “Next thing I knew the ball was right in my face, and I basically lost all control.”

The MLB.com story says the man got a new shirt and more nachos.
