Five awesome highlights from the gold-medal winning ‘Final Five’
The “Final Five” put on quite a show not just on Tuesday night, but since artistic gymnastics started at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
Aly Raisman, Laurie Hernandez, Simone Biles, Madison Kocia and Gabby Douglas rolled to a blowout victory in team gymnastics (184.897 to Russia’s 176.688). As Vahe Gregorian pointed out, there are reasons to admire this team beyond their athletic excellence.
