Royals fans express their frustration about Joakim Soria
It was a rough weekend for Royals relief pitcher Joakim Soria.
On Friday night, he allowed a two-run infield single as the Tigers beat the Royals 4-2. On Sunday, Soria served up a two-run homer to Jarrod Saltalamacchia in the bottom of the ninth inning as Detroit won, again by the score of 4-2.
Joakim Soria was supposed to be the right move today. That's the most frustrating thing.

Except for blowing 75% of his save chances and the 2 or 3 other times he's cost them a game, Soria has been pretty solid this year.

So much for that prediction that Ned Yost would turn to Soria as closer. He's slowly working his way down the chart. #Royals

@MichaelKnight_3 I don't equate the word "strike" with Soria very often.

And when i saw Soria in the game confidence was not high, repeat confidence not high.

Soria. I think we've all seen. He cannot be put in tight situations. #Royals

Days of the #Mexicutioner seem distant. Very distant. He used to be automatic. #Soria #ForeverRoyal

Someone please explain why Ned uses Soria in these situations? I question why he is even on our team! What a waist of $. #Royals

@royals this is why Soria was released last time. Stop putting him in. He needs to be traded again.

Soria has been pretty poor in high leverage situations though it's also his lowest IP total pic.twitter.com/kpWQfS9JlG

All of my unhappy Royals tweets this season have been Soria releated. Can we be done with this already? #Royals #Soria #nottheanswer

So Joakim Soria is garbage

@branjaw24 Soria = Poop

The argument that this is all in the offense is wrong. The offense did enough to keep the game tied. Soria lost that game. #Royals

Why do the royals continue to put in joakim soria
