Watch: Rex Hudler, Ryan Lilja found out who drives faster at Kansas Speedway
The stars were out at the Richard Petty Driving Experience on Thursday at Kansas Speedway.
Participants in the event are given the chance to drive a NASCAR car at the track, and there were quite a few familiar names.
Kansas defensive coordinator Clint Bowen, Sporting Kansas City host/KSHB TV’s Kacie McDonnell and Royals vice president of broadcasting and communications Mike Swanson were all there.
Royals broadcaster Rex Hudler and former Chiefs offensive lineman Ryan Lilja also took part. In fact, those two made a side bet on who would drive the fastest. (You can see that video above).
