Chiefs’ Justin Houston posts video showing progress from ACL surgery
The news was devastating to Chiefs fans.
Just a few weeks ago, the team announced that outside linebacker Justin Houston had surgery in February to fix an anterior cruciate ligament.
The recovery period was announced as a six- to 12-month window, which meant anywhere from mid-August to February.
Houston is shooting for an early return. On Wednesday, he posted an update on his progress on his Instagram account and it was impressive:
If you can’t read what he wrote, it says: “Show me someone doing this 7 wks after full ACL and LCL surgery, and I’ll show you God’s work. I hope y’all watching. #WatchGodWork”
