Comparing college basketball’s longest consecutive conference title streaks
Kansas made history Saturday.
The Jayhawks clinched a share of the Big 12 men’s basketball title with a win at home against Texas Tech. Kansas is now the second major college basketball program to win 12 straight conference titles. UCLA won 13 straight, and that is a record that the Jayhawks will shoot for next season.
