Perry Ellis’ eye made it seem he’d been in boxing match instead of Sunflower Showdown
The whole court-storming talk was moot.
No. 2 Kansas won 72-63 at Kansas State on Saturday night, but it was a battle at time.
That showed on senior Perry Ellis’ face as he had a nasty eye injury that showed late in the game:
