New Royals billboard is up: And Sal Perez is on it
UPDATE: The Royals' new billboard does, in fact, feature Sal Perez.
If there are two things that Royals fans can agree on, it’s this:
1. They are the best team in baseball (2015 World Series champs, right?)
2. They know how to do some cool billboards
In 2013, there was the James Shields/Salvador Perez dual billboards across I-35. The next year was the Alex Gordon billboard that appeared torn as he was sliding. Last year, it was Jarrod Dyson’s glowing feet that had burned up the sign.
By noon on Monday, we should see the latest creation.
The Royals teased fans on Sunday:
One of these billboards had folks calling the fire department last year. Wait until you see what's in store next... pic.twitter.com/i9K7Ze3stE

— Kansas City Royals (@Royals) February 1, 2016Unlike the previous three billboards, this one won’t be visible on I-35. It’s going up in Westport.
Some fans think the billboard will feature catcher Salvador Perez’s water cooler.
@Royals oh snap! I think that's some @SalvadorPerez15 water right there! WOOHOO!
