KU fans were not thrilled with the Jayhawks’ free-throw shooting
Kansas fans were clearly thrilled by the Jayhawks’ 90-84 win over Kentucky on Saturday.
That doesn’t mean they weren’t unhappy about something: namely KU’s free-throw shooting. KU was 18-of-31 from the free-throw line in regulation, and there were some upset fans.
Things were a little better in overtime as KU made 8 of their first 12 attempts and seized control. They finished 30-of-47 from the free-throw line. Still, the faithful was full of anxiety:
