Ah, the joys of cleaning out your email.

I came across a message from Don Free, the manager of the Royals Radio Network Operations. He sent me Denny Matthews’ call on the final out of the American League Championship Series in Game 6 against Toronto. I forgot that he also sent Matthews’ call on Eric Hosmer’s single that scored Lorenzo Cain from first base in the bottom of the eighth inning of Game 6, which the Royals won 4-3.
