Unbelievable lateral play helps Arkansas beat Mississippi 53-52
If you tried to tell someone about this play, they’d think you were making it up or at the very least embellishing.
Nope.
Arkansas won 53-52 in overtime at Mississippi thanks to a play that never, ever should have worked.
The Razorbacks faced a 4th and 25 and converted on an unbelievable lateral:

— Athlete Swag (@AthleteSwag) November 8, 2015Naturally, Arkansas scored a touchdown after that. Instead of kicking an extra point that would have prolonged the game, the Razorbacks went for the two-point conversion and was stopped. However, there was a facemask penalty.
Given a second chance, this is how the Razorbacks won:
WHAT A CALL. Arkansas not waiting around for more OT. They want the win NOW. https://t.co/Ga5hdKYGHd

Asking us to kick the Arkansas QB out of the stadium is not a legit reason to dial 911. #ARKvsMISS
