Chiefs’ Jamaal Charles has jersey retired by his high school in Texas

Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles was at Port Arthur High School in Texas on Friday for a special occasion.

The school retired his jersey No. 4 in a ceremony.

Charles, who is recovering from a torn ACL in his knee, was on crutches and had a knee brace for the event.

According to Texashsfootball.com, Charles rushed for 4,107 yards and 50 touchdowns in his junior and senior seasons.
