Tennessee football fans chant Eric Berry’s name during game at Vanderbilt
Earlier this week, the news came out that Chiefs safety Eric Berry would miss the rest of the season as he sees more doctors about a mass in his chest.
The fear is that it is lymphoma.
That news resonated at the University of Tennessee, where Berry played, and the school paid tribute to him on Saturday with special decals.
Fans then took it a step further during the game at Vanderbilt. Take a listen from today’s game (from Jeremy Cole’s Vine; make sure to unmute this):
