Is a Virginia Tech running back wearing a Rolex during a game?
That’s one way to stand out on the field.
Virginia Tech running back J.C. Coleman was spotted wearing a gold watch on the field during the Hokies’ game against Ohio State on Monday. That set off a fierce debate about whether or not it was a Rolex:
Dude is wearing a Rolex?! pic.twitter.com/mu0llgt4z6
— Alex Kennedy (@AlexKennedyNBA) September 8, 2015 Why in the world are sports people assuming a college player is wearing a Rolex. In a game, no less. So the face can break?

— Athletes Zone (@AthleteZones) September 8, 2015 I'm scared every time Coleman runs, I'm worried about scratches to his Rolex!
— Paul Naegle (@Koolguy321) September 8, 2015 Va Tech RB JC Coleman would not be allowed to wear a Rolex on his wrist. The gold G-Shock is permissible, it's plastic
— Darren Rovell (@darrenrovell) September 8, 2015 You know you made it when you wear a Rolex during the game.. pic.twitter.com/NlFdeNU9uK
— Matty Ice (@mattgargas78) September 8, 2015 Is that watch even a Rolex? Looks more like this pic.twitter.com/gXyBbndklY
— Parker (@ParkerWeekley) September 8, 2015 I just wanna know is it a Rolex or not
— DaeSean Hamilton (@SkeeterMills__) September 8, 2015 A current Chiefs player may know something about that.
