The wait continues for photos from the wedding of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Although it’s only been a couple of weeks, it’s felt like a year or more to her fans, who want to know Every Single Detail of the ceremony.

In the meantime, many of the guests at the wedding have shared a few observations, but ESPN “SportsCenter” anchor Scott Van Pelt didn’t feel he should spill any secrets. He did mention meeting actor Brad Pitt, who was another guest. And Van Pelt talked about the garden scene inside Madison Square Garden.

Those details were already known, but Van Pelt didn’t want to dishonor the wishes of Swift and Kelce, who didn’t allow guests to bring their cell phones into the ceremony.

“I’ve seen some other folks that were there. They’re talking about it,” Van Pelt said of his SVPod podcast. “It would be awesome content, but out of respect for it, I just would say it this way: It was the most remarkable collection of people I’ve ever seen assembled. I can’t fathom it ever would be assembled like that again. And my wife and I, and many of the other people far more famous than me that you would chat with, would look around and say, ‘How do you describe this to somebody that’s not here?’ And you’d say, ‘You really can’t do it.’

“What the place felt like, the vibe of the group assembled, and I will say this: just how genuinely warm and cool everybody was. I think the fact that your phones were locked away somewhere allowed everyone to just experience what it was. And you know, we were in the arena quite literally, and I don’t know how, but there we were.”

Van Pelt was blown away by the transformation of Madison Square Garden. He said people who had been at Game 4 of the NBA Finals weeks earlier couldn’t tell where they were in relation to the court.

The podcast episode was released earlier this week after Van Pelt and his family went on vacation. Somehow Kelce and Swift knew Van Pelt and his wife had altered that trip to attend the wedding.

“Had an opportunity to say thanks. Remarkably, they thanked us for changing our plans around to be there, which didn’t imagine they would know,” Van Pelt said. “Well, I knew Trav would know. I’m not trying to fill (the celebrity site) Page Six with details.”

That’s a great gesture on his part.
