The Royals are taking items from their Hall of Fame to 10 KC libraries
You can learn about many history subjects simply by visiting your local library branch. Chances are, there’s a book on a topic that interests you.
But if you want to learn a little more about Royals history, there is no better spot than the team’s Hall of Fame at Kauffman Stadium. But in the coming weeks, the Royals are planning to take items from the Hall of Fame to Mid-Continent Library branches in the Kansas City area.
This is from a Royals news release: “This year’s presentation will feature a section titled ‘Royals from Here, There & Everywhere’ highlighting stories from players born from around the world. Also featured are artifacts from current Royals players including Salvador Perez, Bobby Witt Jr., Vinnie Pasquantino and Maikel Garcia, plus pieces from the Royals World Series championship seasons of 1985 and 2015.”
