For Pete's Sake

Chiefs’ Xavier Worthy made an insane one-handed catch during warmups in the rain

Friday was pretty darn dreadful for the Chiefs.

Many of the Chiefs’ best players were held out of a preseason game against the Seahawks at Lumen Field, and it showed as Seattle rolled to an easy victory.

Making matters worse, it rained all night. That included during the pregame warmups, but the weather didn’t stop wide receiver Xavier Worthy from making an insane catch.

Worthy, who is entering his second season with the Chiefs, made a spectacular one-handed grab, and it didn’t look particularly difficult for him.

Matt McMullen, the Chiefs’ team reporter, shared video of the great play, which was arguably better than any we saw in the game.
