Have you ever heard of those trust-building exercises where you fall backward and depend on a friend or spouse or family member or coworker to catch you?
Next time, this should be the exercise. Holding a football with your nose while a teammate kicks a field goal.
Sedalia Smith-Cotton High School quarterback Caleb Reed tweeted a video, which shows him holding the ball with his nose. However, he deleted the tweet sometime on Sunday. Still, the photo above is from said video.
