Given the heartbreak the Chiefs have caused the man she loves, it’s little surprise that actress Hailee Steinfeld had trouble with this task.

While appearing with actor Michael B. Jordan on “Hot Ones Versus,” Steinfeld was asked to say three nice things about Chiefs fans. That’s part of the shtick of the “Hot Ones” spinoff show as people answer personal questions while eating wings.

“You recently announced your engagement to Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen,” Jordan said. “Anger the Bills Mafia by saying three nice things about their rivals, the Kansas City Chiefs.”

“Say three nice things about them?” she responded.

“Don’t say it like it’s easy, like there’s no question, no hesitation, like you’ll do it without a problem,” Jordan said.

“I can find nice things to say about anybody,” Steinfeld said confidently, “even if I don’t like them. Even if we don’t like them.”

Steinfeld then ticked off two compliments quickly before struggling for a third.

“Yellow and red really complement them all pretty well,” Steinfeld said. “They are very loud. They’re very loud.”

“That’s nice,” Jordan replied.

“Yeah, it’s great,” Steinfeld said. “Yeah, you want that from a fan base. And third, they’re, ah ... They’re, um ... No.

“They are. They, they, they go hard.”

Technically Steinfeld, who appeared in “True Grit” and “Pitch Perfect 3” completed the task, but it’s clear she’s doesn’t like the Chiefs.
