When superstar singer Taylor Swift arrived at last year’s Wild Card game between the Chiefs and Dolphins, she was dressed for the bitter cold while also showing support for boyfriend Travis Kelce.

Fashion designer Kristin Juszczyk, who is married to 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk, had made a special puffer coat for Swift by using a Kelce Chiefs jersey.

Juszczyk, who also made a puffer jacket for Brittany Mahomes using her husband’s Chiefs jersey, went viral after Swift was seen in the creation.

It’s led to the launch this week of the fashion brand “Off Season” from Juszczyk, Fanatics, the NFL and Emma Grede.

“’Off Season’ was born out of my passion for high design and the desire to elevate NFL fan apparel into something truly unique,” Juszczyk said in a news release from Fanatics. “For years, I’ve been reimagining what team pride can look like, but seeing the incredible response from other players’ wives, celebrity fans and everyday supporters showed me this could be something bigger.”

The Fanatics website shows some Chiefs merchandise that is now available via the “Off Season” line. It includes versions of the puffer jackets worn by Swift and Brittany Mahomes.

The Chiefs are one of only five NFL teams that will have apparel designed by Juszczyk on the Fanatics site. The others are the Detroit Lions, San Francisco 49ers, Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles.
