Rapper Flavor Flav watched Chiefs’ win at Arrowhead Stadium with Jason Sudeikis
Is there yet another celebrity we can add to the list of stars who root for the Chiefs?
It sure seemed like rapper Flavor Flav was rooting on the Chiefs on Sunday during their 16-14 win over the Denver Broncos on Sunday at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
Flavor Flav was in Kansas City for the Thundergong! show on Saturday night at the Uptown Theater. That concert is hosted by Emmy Award-winning actor Jason Sudeikis, the Shawnee Mission West graduate.
Weird Al Yankovic was at the show, too, and Flavor Flav was pretty fired up to meet the parody singer.
Sudeikis and Flavor Flav hung out again Sunday at Arrowhead and watched the Chiefs’ thrilling victory.
Flavor Flav wore a Patrick Mahomes jersey with a Super Bowl LVIII jacket. That was the Super Bowl in February when the Chiefs beat the 49ers in Las Vegas.
He shared this on his X account.
Flavor Flav also shared a video of the reaction to the blocked field goal by Leo Chenal that clinched the victory. Here is a link to the video, which I won’t include here because of the, well, enthusiastic response from Sudeikis.
The entire suite was pumped up by the fantastic finish, including actor Cristo Fernandez, who portrayed Dani Rojas on “Ted Lasso.”
