Defensive lineman Chris Jones has helped the Chiefs win three Super Bowl championships, including the last two. And he signed a contract in March that is worth up to $158.75 million.

Despite all those good things in his life, Jones’ competitive fire still seems to be burning white hot.

An example of that took place Wednesday at the Chiefs’ training camp in St. Joseph. A video from the KC Sports Network showed Jones’ displeasure with his fellow defensive linemen.

Jones was clearly unhappy with his teammates. Take a look at how he was trying to light a fire under them.

Chiefs fans loved to see that intensity from Jones, even though it’s only July and the team is at training camp.

Here is what those fans were saying on X.

It could be a coincidence, but later in Wednesday’s practice, Chiefs defensive lineman George Karlaftis shoved Kadarius Toney to the ground after a play.

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was not happy, as you can see here.
