Chiefs player says Bills shut off hot water in locker room after playoff win
It was cold in Orchard Park, New York, on Sunday night. While it was nowhere near as brutal as GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium a week earlier, it was still chilly.
No one could blame the Chiefs players for wanting to take a long hot shower following their postgame celebration.
One problem: the hot water at Highmark Stadium quit working in the Chiefs locker room. That’s according to Chiefs offensive lineman Donovan Smith.
“Damn caught a L and they shut our hot water off… smh its all good we got that Dub today #ChiefsKingdom,” Smith wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter) after the Chiefs’ 27-24 victory over the Buffalo Bills.
There has been no word from the Bills about what happened.
Smith later shared another X message, writing: “Coming back with the W how ya like that Chiefs Kingdom ? #RoadWarriors”
