The Chiefs tried some trickeration during Thursday night’s game against the Denver Broncos at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

Unfortunately for the Chiefs and their fans, the fake field goal in the second quarter failed.

The Chiefs lined up for what appeared to be a field-goal attempt when tight end Noah Gray went under center and tried a sneak. It gained 1 yard when the Chiefs needed 2.

While the Broncos weren’t fooled by the play, the Amazon camera crew/director clearly were caught unaware. That left viewers initially wondering if the fake had worked.

Here is the fake from the Chiefs and reaction from viewers, some of whom were baffled when the camera cut to a Broncos player on the sideline.
