Chiefs fans in four states will have an opportunity on Wednesday to buy a Super Bowl LVII championship flag in person.

As part of the Red Wednesday celebration ahead of the NFL Kickoff Game, the 2023 Chiefs Kingdom flags will be going on sale at McDonald’s restaurants, as well as CommunityAmerica Credit Union and Hy-Vee locations, the team said.

Here is a look at this year’s flag design.

The flags will be sold as far west as Lawrence, Kansas and up north in Shenandoah, Iowa, and Nebraska City, Nebraska. In Missouri, the flags will be available in places like Marshall, Brookfield and Clinton.

And, of course, they’ll be available on both sides of the state line in the Kansas City metro area. Here is a map of where the flags can be found starting Wednesday morning.

Flags will be available for a minimum donation of $5 at Kansas City- and St. Joseph-area McDonald’s restaurants, the Chiefs said.

Can’t make it one of those locations? The Chiefs also will sell the flags for $10 at their Team Store. Proceeds will benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City.

The flag sales are an annual tradition and the Chiefs said more than $4.5 million has been raised for Ronald McDonald House Charities through the sale of the flags.
