Royals outfielder Lorenzo Cain had two hits through the first five innings of Tuesday’s All-Star Game.

That included an RBI double off Dodgers’ ace Clayton Kershaw that gave the American League a 3-1 lead.

That put Cain in the mix for the MVP award, which fans can vote on at the MLB.com or by tweeting #CainMVP ... and as the country remembers, Royals fans made their mark in voting for the All-Star Game.
