Local milk company plans to release special drink in honor of Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is the toast of Kansas City, and there will be a new way for fans to salute the NFL MVP.
The Shatto Milk Company announced it will be selling a limited edition flavor, Cherry Chocolate, “to celebrate Patrick Mahomes being named NFL MVP in 2023.”
The bottles will have red lettering with the words “MVP 2.0.” Mahomes won his second NFL MVP award and another Super Bowl MVP award earlier this month.
“Product will be made available at the farm store starting on Saturday, February 25 at 10 AM,” Shatto wrote in a Facebook post. “Products can be pre-ordered now via Shatto Home Delivery and products will be distributed to all stores that carry Shatto Milk on Monday, February 27, 28 and March 1. ...
“Each outlet will have a limited amount of product, so first come first serve. unfortunately we are not aware of when specific stores will put items on the shelves. It is best that you direct any questions related to that to your individual store of choice.”
