‘We want it back.’ The Chiefs release an epic hype video ahead of Super Bowl LVII
Two weeks can really seem like a long time, right?
The fortnight between the AFC Championship Game and Super Bowl LVII is nearly over, and judging by conversations I’ve had with fans around the city, they can’t wait for Sunday.
On Friday afternoon, the Chiefs released a hype video to get fans excited about the Super Bowl and winning the Lombardi Trophy. Mission accomplished, because this video is well done.
“This trophy is more than just hardware,” the narrator says as the Lombardi Trophy is shown. “Dreams are fulfilled. Legacies defined by the lift of the Lombardi. The declaration that you are the best in the world, and we want it back.”
Later there is a reference to the Chiefs’ victory in Super Bowl LIV, and the narrator says: “The last one announced our arrival. This is about showing the world that we are not going anywhere.”
